"This was our second visit. The condo are nicely equipped with all the basics. Salt and pepper, dish soap, laundry soap, bath soap, etc. They are clean and all have a view. We love the convenience of 2nd floor. The pool is beautiful but a few more umbrellas would be helpful along with some rules for not throwing balls at the pool. Some families like to take over. Other than that, the location is amazing and there are so many things within walking distsnce and the beach is amazing too. We can't wait to visit again."

"Our host Bob sent us a thorough review of the property , surrounding area and details involving check-in far in advance of our arrival which made the arrival process seamless. The property had a great "old Florida" feel, and was spacious and comfortable for our 3 generation group of 5.The beach is easily accessible with an unobstructed view from the living room and deck. The John's Pass boardwalk is a short walk away. With an absence of high rise condos, the beach is almost private. We hope to return."

"Overall stay was very good. Staff was very friendly, especially the main bartender. Pool and hot tub was very well maintained and clean. The only slight issue that we had was there was a musty smell when we first arrived at our room. Possibly coming from the AC unit. Otherwise we had no complaints with the room during our entire state. Would definitely staying in the future again. Fair price considering location of hotel right across the street from the beach."

"This place deserves more then 5 stars..It was absolutely amazing yozr on the beach side and it’s literally 200ft away from your door..When we go back to Treasure Island we will stay there and only there..The owner and Lauren were so sweet I can’t say enough about how amazing this place was…J can’t wait to return….."
