"404 skyline was a clean pleasant stay! Deck view to backwater offered views of manatees and fish. Pool was warm. Sun in late morning and afternoon by the pool . Grill outside of pool was convenient . Beds were comfortable. Supplies in kitchen were sufficient. Three beach chairs - yet were old a little rusty and outdated. Would be helpful to have more than one beach towel per person for drying time . Luckily we brought two with us. The dryer needed to run twi cycles to dry completely. Recommend a new washer/dryer combo or repair. Couch was small but as pictured. We loved location being across from the beach. Would stay again ! "

"Proximity to the beach, and both the downstairs and upstairs restaurant bars/restaurants make it a nice weekend. My only complaint was a lie at the front desk at check-in. Was given a double bed with my gf instead of king. Went back down to the desk and one woman said because I booked through Expedia, they were all out of kings. I had even called 10 days early to request a water facing room. When I “insisted” another woman stepped in and gave us the king room 2 doors down from the previous one. Two completely different responses from two employees standing next to each other. One with a lie and “tough luck.” The other with exactly what I booked and paid for in about 60 seconds. "

"Beds are soooo comfortable. Balcony views superb. Staff courteous and really helpful. Beautiful pool area with incredible views. Ample parking. Spa like handicapped shower. Housekeeping sweet, accommodating and efficient. With my dad's DD214 and other easy docs, membership at the American Legion 50 feet away was had a few weeks in advance. Super intracoastal views, food, and tiki service. Will be back!"

"The condo was great and exactly what we wanted. A place to drink coffee and watch dolphins and a place to sleep. The location is spectacular and it was nice to have a parking spot for when family came to visit. "

"The pool and beach access were great and the kids enjoyed it. The response time & customer service was fabulous! The ease of check in and responses to questions & problems were very quick and very helpful! That was very much appreciated. The offer of free tickets is great & highly recommend planning ahead & taking advantage of them. We did not, as we did not have time for some of them. The kitchen did not have a coffee cup big enough to brew a full cup, we bought two mugs and left them there for the next guest. We had to buy more dishwasher soap, was only left one pod to use. Also was only given two garbage bags, so plan to take some with you as you cannot leave garbage in the room when leaving and cannot throw boxes down the shoot alone. Plan to buy toilet paper, we were only left two very small partial rolls, 1 partial roll in each bathroom. There is a very bad sulfer odor when you walk in the door, but it went away after being in the condo, so it was very strange. Keep things off the floors. Being on the beach was great!! Having a roadside room was very noisy, the garbage trucks come daily at a very early hour (before 7am) every day even on weekends and they are very, very loud. Not having any kind of balcony was disappointing but we managed. I would say it was a great stay, served a good purpose for the week, but over priced for roadside view and no balcony to enjoy the outside air and view. It is quite a ways from John Pass to walk to. "Great location! You can walk to meet all your needs, or take the trolley to reach all your wants. The beach is right at the end of the parking lot and it's not too busy there. Doc is a wonderful host, as well. "
