"everyone was friendly. i checked in an hour early and a room was available. they accomodated my mom who could not handle walking all the way down the hallway to the original room they placed us in. thank you we appreciated it. the wifi can be slow at times. i love that the gym was always available (but we were too tired from running around already by the time we get back). they have a shuttle but i never had a chance to try. the ac was strong and thats always a plus especially with the weather...
