Amazing location

Well appointed and close to the beach and John’s pass. Loved sitting out on the back deck in a private little oasis. Everything was perfect except the microwave was broken and during our two week stay, it was not replaced.

We came to celebrate my birthday. The house was just as described. The home was very nice and the location was perfect! Just steps away from the beach. The outdoor Tiki bar was great for hanging out with all the family. We would definitely return!

1st Family Florida Trip

This was our first family trip to Florida. The house was great, had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach and close to the restaurants and shops. Had a wonderful time and wasn’t ready to come home!

Beautiful Home - One Hiccup..

The check in was a bit stressful because I couldn’t initially get ahold of the home owner and did not have the code to get in when we arrived at 530 pm, even though I had fully paid for the house. I was looking into booking a hotel room for the night, since we flew in from New York! The house was beautiful and in a wonderful location within walking distance to everything.! Everything you need for the beach is right at the house which was also nice - Thank You!

Best Beach House EVER!

This beautifully updated "Florida House" just 100 yards from the Gulf is AHmazing! It is close to John's Pass and plenty of restaurants. The spacious little home has all new appliances and a fully-stocked kitchen with every possible item you'll need during your stay including coffee products, seasonings, cookware, dinerware, glasses. The entire home has the finest tile work throughout including the spacious showers. There are plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbreĺas and even a wagon to take your stuff to th beach. The pictures do not do justice to how nice this house really is. Book here with confidence, you'll be very happy when you see this hidden gem. We WILL go back!

So many great things about this property: you're close to the beach but tucked away with privacy, the outdoor shower in the backyard to rinse off the sand, comfortable living spaces, washer / dryer. We loved our time in Florida!

Yearly Girls Trip

The house was very spacious and clean, the owner thought of everything for the beach - wagon, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The short walk to beach was just that - short! Great stay and we would stay again!!

Wonderful stay for the month!

We stayed for the entire month of February and had a wonderful time. The place feels very homey and the location is fantastic. We walked to John’s Pass many times. The beach access was easy and there is everything there you could want for a fun day on the sand and water. The owner is great to work with and was quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect beach adventure

The house was exactly as pictured, clean, relaxing and fun. We all loved the bar outside! The home had a big family dining table that we all fit nicely around. The beach was just around the corner, Very short walk and so easy to access. Extremely happy with our family adventure and would love to go back and stay again!
