"The condo was well appointed and had an excellent location. The major problem was the definition of "maintenance" in the property description. It was not maintenanceo; it was a total rehab of all the balconied involving jack hammers and grinders. NOISE from 8 to 5. The balcony was eventually unusable as the railings anf tiled were removed. "
