Gulf view Cozy 2b2ba condo on the beach!

This Indian Rocks Beach Hamilton House on Gulf is located directly on unique sand St.Pete-Clearwater beach. The ocean is good for a swim almost the whole year-round. During cool months you can enjoy the private heated pool. Our 3rd floor 2 bedroom condo offers a spacious balcony bordered with palm trees with a northerly partial side view of the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beach that goes on for miles. The 1100 sq. feet 2bedrooms condo has a cozy Living room, 2 Baths, Kitchen with all necessary appliances, an inside utility room, and has ceramic tile floor throughout. The unit has an in-unit washer/dryer, central cooling, and heating system. Two assigned parking spaces (covered on the ground floor and guest uncovered). The apartment is conveniently located next to the grocery store, famous restaurants, playgrounds, parks, spa, massage, yoga, and beauty centers.

Wonderful property!

The condo is lovely. It has everything you would want for a beachfront vacation. Steps to the beach with beach chairs, umbrellas a cooler and sand toys provided. It is within an easy walk to some wonderful restaurants. Andre is an amazing host. If you need to reach out to him and is extremely responsive. Thank you Andre!!

Post Hurricane stay

Great stay weather was good and the condo was as advertised. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and lots to see if you have a car. Hurricane damage was not seen, beach was still very usable, condo was perfectly functioning.

Great location

This was a few steps from the beach and many restaurants. We also enjoyed our nightly stroll to try different ice cream shops. The condo had everything we needed to have our sun and rest beach vacation.

IRB Beach Stay

We loved this rental! It was comfortable, clean, perfect location, and the host was extremely attentive and available. One day there was a storm coming, and we got a text, letting us know of the weather conditions. Any question we had was answered right away. We love that it was stocked with name brand, Kleenex, toilet paper, and dish soap. Beach view from the side balcony was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this rental. What are you doing?

Wonderful Condo!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!! The condo was clean and inviting!! Andre was delightful to deal with and very responsive to talk to. All the beds were comfortable and even had a washer dryer in the unit!! Close by resturants/bars. Had all the beach equipment you need for a day at the beach!! We stayed a week and will be back!!

A+ on everything but the grills and grilling area had to call Andre as no one cleaned them and are in Bad shape - he did have them cleaned and sent grill toppers over and said they were thinking of replacing- needed get a good gas grille and put a timer shut off for the gas Recommend and will stay again Guppy’s across the street is great and only 20 minutes from airports and Rays stadium

Everything was great. I would have someone inspect lint duct for the dryer it look pretty packed and it wasn’t something we could clean. Just a safety item. This is my second time staying in this unit. Everything is well taken care of. Thank you.

We were disappointed in this unit. Based on the pictures we thought the balcony had a much clearer view of the ocean, however, the balcony overlooked another property with renters who were often loud late into the night. The mattresses were worn down, as well as the couch, so I would recommend the owner upgrade with newer furniture.. With the master bath shower out of commission (which we found out days before our departure and given a small refund for the inconvenience) the second bathroom was also in sad shape, with mold on the ceiling and rusted light fixtures. The second bathroom had two night stands stacked on top of each other to serve as a taller dresser/tv stand. This made me nervous as I was afraid one of the kids would knock it over. The swimming pool was quite small, which we never used because it was continuously filled with families with small children.

We had 6 family members for the week. And a family friend and child for a night. Plenty of room. First place we have rented that had all sundries provided. Along with all the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys you would need. Andre was very quick with response to the questions we had and offered help/solutions with our questions.
