"Nice"

"The hot tub was broken. We had to pay for parking. No free coffee. No free breakfast. Our room looked to the roof. The bunkbed was wobble. Top that off with a $45 resort fee. We could have have stayed at Disney and been better taken care of. We will never stay here again. "

"The place had some nice touches such as champagne toast upon arrival and the tastings on some of the nights at the neighboring property. The pools were nice and the food and drink were very good. I was disappointed in the room itself. I felt it was not up to the standards for the price charged. It seemed run down and dingy with stains on the walls and cabinets. The shower head was partially clogged, resulting in very slow water flow. The bed was too small (my mistake for thinking a double would be the same as queen). The balcony was not really a usable balcony but a stepout. It was very narrow, fitting a chair however not room for your legs unless you turned the chair sideways. Overall it was a nice stay, but the room was not what was expected. Went exploring other properties that were in the same price range and they looked more upscale than this one. Would try someplace else next time."

"Hotel has direct access to beach, they have foldable beach chairs for guests. Room was clean, furnishings gave it a modern flare but the hotel bones (foundation) is dated. Two restaurants on site, and two pools for guests to enjoy. "

"Great location and beautiful hotel the only thing is that the bartenders as well as the restaurant servers are “in no hurry” it takes some time to get served. If you don’t get your chair around the pool by 9am you can’t get one, ppl put their towels on them and walk away for breakfast. Also the hotel rooms do not keep at the temperature you set them. Other than that we will definitely go back next year and highly recommend "

"The building is under construction but it did not hinder us. The property is clean, the rooms were very nicely updated. The staff was courteous. Did not have a coffee machine in the room and the coffee area in the lobby was a little disappointing considering there wasn’t one in the room. I feel if the room doesn’t offer coffee the lobby should have a very nice offering of coffee. Would define stay again, located near a lot off restaurants and other things to do in the area. "
