"I really liked this hotel. It was very clean and the staff gave great service. We were disappointed to learn that we had to rent beach chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach. So for 6 of us, it would have cost almost $300 a day to stay on the beach. I think this ridiculous especially when you are paying a resort fee of $35 a day per person. What does that fee go towards?"

"Excellent location on the beach. Clean and spacious room. Restaurant good value. Beds, bathroom very good. Construction work going on on ground floor. Laundry closed and quite noisy during day. A good hotel but dated and expensive for what it is."

"Our stay was enjoyable. Only negatives were the AC in the living room area of our suite didn’t work and the mattress in the pullout sofa was awful and really uncomfortable. The furniture has not been refreshed in a long time and was stained. It’s a nice hotel but really shows its age. I would have paid the same or more at a newer hotel in the area. You don’t get much for their VERY expensive resort fee and not including beach chairs and umbrellas is ridiculous. In the future, if I go back,...

"The property advertises that you will receive a beach umbrella 2 chairs at the beach. What they don’t tell is that for the 1000 Plus rooms they only have 30 sets of loungers and umbrella’s. Not nearly enough even if you get there by 9am. Very disappointing. "
