"Needed a 1 night stay before flying home, was adequate, bed in room #254 has terrible beds, seen a bug ( cockroach?) crawling around in the corner of the room, not sure the door lock was working properly? "

"There was no stove in the room as pictured. There was a hole in the bathroom that you could see the daylight from outside! I left my purse behind after check out, and called back that night, got told housekeeping area was locked and to call back the next morning. Called back and they “had someone check the room” only to call me back and say they did t find it. Filed an official complaint with corporate."

"It was a very cold night, the heater didn’t work and there were no blankets. Just a top sheet. Tiny cushions for pillows. No sofa/love seat, just two plastic chairs. Walls missing paint, headboard ripped. Needs major renovation. Also heavy traffic noise. "
