The staff are great. Friendly and helpful but this property did not measure up to the listing on Expedia at all. No bathroom light fixture-- a bare bulb. Bathroom in general has very poorly done repairs. Common areas not clean--especially laundry. Room missing the living room chair. Key cards never work-10-15 times to open the door. I did not stay the second night. Checked out after one night and went somewhere else. I will never stay with this chain again. They did not use photos from this property for their listing on Expedia.

Lucratia at the front desk was great. Comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is way past its glory days and everything is worn down, cracked, peeling, and in dire need of a renovation.The TVs are from 1998 it seems as well.

This was a really nice and convenient place to stay. The room was almost like a condo or studio apartment. It had great amenities. Staff was friendly. We will definitely stay there again.
