"Great diner option and many pools to choose from. Steps away from Volcano Bay and easy bus access to all parks. Really cute 50s and 60s theme. Bowling alley is fun and milkshake/malt shop is great. Really recommend for families!"

"Nice hotel. It is close to a lot of attractions within walking distance. I didn’t eat breakfast but my husband said it was good. The only problem we had was the TV and the telephone did not work. Management stated it was a new property and they were still working on it. Overall I will be back. "

"We booked the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport last minute due to an early morning flight, and it turned out to be a great decision. The room rate was fair, and the amenities were excellent for our last day in Orlando with the family. We were placed on the sixth floor right beside the pool, which worked out perfectly. Our kids were able to enjoy the pool while we finished packing and got organized for our departure. The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. This was our first time staying at an airport hotel, and we would absolutely do it again. Having shopping, restaurants, and everything we needed right there made things very convenient, especially for last-minute needs before our flight."

"The poolside seating was nicely spread out and comfortable. The lobby restaurant service was kind and professional. The food was excellent. My compliments to the front desk and restaurant staff. Our family stayed in on two rooms and both of the rooms were adaquate. The rooms (#327 & #323) both shared a musty and damp odor. Best described as unpleasant. While this may have been the result of the most recent guests, it definitely should have been addressed prior to the rooms being rented to new guests. This condition was brought to the attention of the front desk staff upon our check out the morning of 3/23. I can only hope that this condition has been addressed and a process has been put in place to avoid a repeat of this unfortunate situation. Sincerely, William and Jacqueline Sullivan "

"If I can rate this hotel, a zero I would have rated a zero, but you guys would not allow me to do it. I would never stay at Westgate resort and spa ever again in my life. I shouldn’t have to pay to use a waterpark that is being advertised as if it’s included in the nightly rates. This resort gets a zero from me and I wish I can get my money back from staying there, a matter of fact, I didn’t even stay the fourth night. That’s just how horrible the resort was."

"Our welcome agent was sweet and patient, I can’t remember her name but we got in after 11p on April 2nd and despite the late time she was a joy. Perfect for our overnight stay. Would stay again"
