"Hotel room was old and run down. Musty smell and toilet didn’t flush properly. They tried to make it seem new by patching it up walls but it was clearly old. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of food for breakfast. Location was great and close to airport. We wanted to take the shuttle back to the airport in the morning to go on our cruise but they said the shuttles were full so we had to pay for an uber. Probably won’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend. "

"We booked the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport last minute due to an early morning flight, and it turned out to be a great decision. The room rate was fair, and the amenities were excellent for our last day in Orlando with the family. We were placed on the sixth floor right beside the pool, which worked out perfectly. Our kids were able to enjoy the pool while we finished packing and got organized for our departure. The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. This was our first time staying at an airport hotel, and we would absolutely do it again. Having shopping, restaurants, and everything we needed right there made things very convenient, especially for last-minute needs before our flight."

"Some people should not be working the front desk the gentlemen that checked me in was not very welcoming believe he was tired of seeing anymore tourists Speeking under his breath and making very odd facial expressions like holding back frustration very uncomfortable The rooms outdoor pool and poolside bar are top notch. "

"Door code wasnt set up for check in time, but host was quick to help. On entry the house was made a great first impression. Was just what we were looking for for a week stay..... untill the pool. Pool was very obviusly not takin care of for some time, contacted the host and they said theyd have it taken care of first thing in the morning. Returned the next night to the same results. At that point we cut our stay short because the pool was the only reason for us booking this property."
