Highly recommend this property. Short rides to Universal Studios and Disney. Villas are well decorated, very clean, and updated. Property offers daily activities for all ages. Staff is amazingly attentive and always upgrading the property through landscaping and maintenance. 7 pools to choose from. Do not need to leave the property if you donā€™t want to. Highly satisfied, and this our 4th visit. Have not had 1 complaint yet regarding the property.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. I booked this hotel based on the amenities and we were not disappointed. Our initial room smelled of mold but I called front desk and within 20 minutes we were in a new room. Thereā€™s plenty of parking. We loved the pools and spent most of our time there. My only gripe was people saving the cabanas with their towels. There are signs pretty much everywhere that state to not do that but it didnā€™t stop these selfish individuals. This was our second stay with Sheraton. We love the property and surrounding area, close to Parks, shopping etc. The villas are the perfect stay, like a home away from home, spacious and comfortable.

This resort was amazing !!! Cleanliness very neat and safe for children and exceeded my expectation very pleasant staff !! Rooms are spacious and very nice!! Highly recommended close to the Parka such as Disney world!
