"There's so some work that needs to be done. The place is being renovated. It will be nice when it's done. It is within waking distance to Bay Care Park and restaurants. Nice for spring training."

"It’s old style buffet Florida Motel. The family running the property were responsive and helpful. Kitchen was basic and we brought our own pots and pan, cutlery too. We were happy with these very simple accommodations, decent beds and clean sheets and towels. No frills, but that was fine for us. "

"The staff was amazing, The facility was close to the beach, many good restaurants, and the Clayman Thyroid Surgery Center. The room was a good size with a kitchen which made for a nice extended stay."

"Stayed here for Phillies Spring training. Location is great. Easy to get to ballpark and easy to get to the beach. Hotel was in pretty good condition and staff were very friendly. Our room was adequate. The bed was comfortable and the AC was good. The bathroom could use updating and maintenance (our sink drained slowly and the shower was in need of refurbishing). I used the gym. It was small but adequate for my needs. We didn't use the pool. The complimentary breakfast was good."

"Perfect location if you want to just play around and quaint downtown Dunedin. Properties very clean and the rooms are spacious. This is our second day at the grant Inn and I’m sure we’ll be back."
