Very nice modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the restaurant. Our room was immaculate.Free shuttle service to/free JFK airport was well organised and a short ride. Breakfast was likely the best hotel food I’ve ever eaten, and bar food delicious.

Hotel was clean and they had lots of items for sale in the lobby if you forgot something. We did not eat there, due to limited time, but the restaurant looked lovely. The shuttle and front desk employees were super friendly and lovely to deal with. Would 100% stay there again if I needed to.

Very well mantained hotel. The room was excellent and clean. Very close to JFK. The shuttle between the hotel and the airport works perfectly. Lastly, the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only note is that the breakfast buffet was very limited.

Stayed at location Sep 12-15/2026. My stay was 10 out of 10 . Very nice facility, modern and clean rooms . Staff was nice from front desk, bar, and shuttle drivers. House keeping kept the room clean and stocked with towels and wash cloths. Shuttle service was easy. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

This hotel was perfect for a one-night stay before an early flight out of JFK. The entire staff was incredibly polite, but a special shoutout goes to Joanne, our shuttle driver to Terminal 4. She was exceptionally kind and made our early morning travel so much easier!

Helpful staff with my questions about the shuttle. Nice clean room. Very quiet and I got a good sleep. I’ll be staying here again at the end of my European trip and I have no worries about my choice of hotels. Good choice for an overnight stay at JFK.
