"It's a great place to stay for a night or two. I wish they would communicate that only vegetarian food is allowed in the property upfront. But it really is a lovely place. Also communications could be better. I had trouble getting in touch with the front desk assistant Sable while checking out and getting clean towels. Other than this, this is a great deal. Would recommend it to anybody else"

"I only gave service a 4 star because of our reception. My hubby and I got in late, around 2am after flight delays. There was no one at the front desk and no bell to ring to get anyone’s attention. The security guard was sitting at a desk watching his phone, completely ignoring us. After almost 1 minute, I had to get his attention. He called for the receptionist who came after a minute. He did not apologize for keeping us waiting. They were lucky we were so whipped out and just needed to sleep....

Beautiful hotel. Questionable front desk reception

The security guard was sitting at a desk watching his phone, completely ignoring us. After almost 1 minute, I had to get his attention. He called for the receptionist who came after a minute. He did not apologize for keeping us waiting. They were lucky we were so whipped out and just needed to sleep. The hotel is beautiful. I always love a modern, slightly retro look. Rooms so spacious. Excellent service at breakfast the next morning. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
