A good affordable hotel in the financial District with excellent connections to the metro. Easy to get to from JFK. Room was not as tiny as we were expecting and was perfectly nice. Peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful. We knew there was tax to pay but weren't clear that that meant we could help ourselves to coffee and water, so we didn't. Would have liked that to be clearer. Great area to stay in. An enjoyable stay.

This was our first time staying in the Financial District and would highly recommend Artezen Hotel! From our first day, they offered to store our luggage as we were early for check in. The staff were extremely attentive and offered many suggestions for our weekend trip. They also collaborated with my friend on a surprise for my birthday - truly going above and beyond! The location was close to subway stops and easily walkable. The lobby and room itself were extremely clean and welcoming. Thank you to the staff for such a great experience!
