The room was nice, comfortable bed and pillows. The room was also quiet which I was kind of expecting some street/city noise being so close to Bryant park but we did not have any issues at all. Also they had a fun Grinch that would walk through the lobby for the kids at Christmas. Location was great also we were so close to everything.

The location was amazing, the room was spotless and very comfortable but the real MVP’s were the staff. EVERYONE was friendly, helpful, accommodating and so inviting. We were celebrating a birthday and they made a point to send a card and dessert to our room the first evening. It made the birthday girl feel extra special and blew me away with the thoughtfulness. 10/10 would stay there again in a minute.

No free breakfast - very pricey. No complimentary coffee. Room was good- clean- bed was comfy. Thermostat did not work properly - room was AN OVEN. Had to turn it off completely. Bathroom was fine. Staff were all top notch. Location was convenient. Store area next door was filthy with lots of men loitering- scarey.
