The hotel is in a great location, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the most popular tourist spots, which is exactly what we were looking for on this trip—we wanted a more local-style itinerary. It was wonderful to visit the Chelsea Market, walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, and explore New York City while enjoying places that are a bit less crowded and more authentic.

The hotel is located in close proximity to Penn Station. Although the guest rooms are small, they are well-appointed and have everything needed to accommodate short or long stays. The hotel is a 46 story property serviced by four elevators, which can kind of make getting to or from your room a little more difficult at peak times.

You’re in the heart of NYC. It’s going to be busy, and it’s going to be chaotic. With that said, staff made sure everything moved in a consistent motion, rooms while small (stayed by myself), is perfect for people who are moving about within the city. Within walking distance of everything and is the perfect spot.

This is a hands-down one of the best options in the area. You are steps away from the 28th St Subway Station, you get a very decent fitness center and breakfast is included with real food, not just pre-packed muffins as you would in others with similar pricing. I was a bit nervous about coming into this hotel, since I needed to be close enough to the Garden, have breakfast included, and the fitness center, so pricing was definitely going to be high in most cases. But this hotel DID NOT disappoint. Plus, staff was super friendly and they even held a UPS delivery for me until EOD. Would definitely come stay again and would most certainly recommend it.

Perfect location, right next to a metro stop and located centrally which was great to have. Felt very safe, was very clean. Breakfast was fine, not as great as other hotel breakfasts in my experience but enough for a small bit before starting the day. Elevators would take awhile but we weren’t on too high of a floor so we would just take the stairs when going down. Staff was very helpful and we were able to leave our luggage before check in and after check out which was really nice.
