"Room was clean and looked new. Bathroom was spotless. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was good and smelled wonderful. When we arrived, room temp was too warm, called the desk and they said someone would come adjust the temperature. No one came to change it. Left the window open the entire to help cool it down. "

"Great location, easy to get to all things Broadway and Times Square. Rooms were warm and AC didn’t cool things off. Hotel staff were very kind and accommodating."

The rooms are small, not big enough to accommodate 2 suitcases and 2 carryons, but extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. "
