"Excellent stay, wonderful breakfast spread and the amenities were the best I've ever experienced! Loved the $35 daily credit and the free museum tickets and bike rides were the best! Let's not forget the free water each day! Staff were exceptionally kind at the front desk and at the breakfast Cafe. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldnt imagine staying anywhere else during a NY visit!! Plus the close proximity to Times Square and everything!"

There isn’t anywhere you can sit down to work on your laptop, and the TV isn’t smart, doesn’t have local channels or a way to connect to the tv. (The HDMI ports are on the back and you can’t pull tv outward). I liked the evening/overnight concierge staff. A more seasoned individual, and sassy."
