"This hotel was in a great location. Practically in Times Square, walkable to everything in Midtown. Easy to get downtown and Central Park was a 10 minute walk away. The rooms were a little dated but the beds were comfortable and the room served its purpose. Overall I will stay here again. "

"I wanted my daughter’s first trip to NYC to be memorable - and that included where we stayed - so The New Yorker was perfect! It was just what we had hoped for - a piece of history but with all the modern conveniences! It was also a short walk from the train station when we arrived, we were able to check in easily and felt safe the entire time! We walked to many attractions and even caught some Ubers very easily! Highly recommend for a memorable experience!!!"

"It’s been many years since my last stay at the Lotte Palace and it did not disappoint! Fabulous, as always. The staff was so kind and helpful (Michael completed our check in and out). Great recommendations from the concierge for lunch. Prompt room service whether it was for bubbly, bandaids or extra pillows, they were right there!
