"Rooms were not clean. Dusty floors, showers and fixtures like lamps and table ( I had a suite) . The couch in the suite was horrible. The shower was broken so I had to rig it to use it. They don’t have smart tvs! That is a must in 2026. For the money I expected better with cleanliness. Otherwise everything else was standard nothing exceptional "

"My room was great, went with 2 queens to be able to spread at as I know how small an NYC hotel room can be. Check in was quick, they have 3 elevators which makes getting in and out of the hotel fast and easy. It’s a wonderfully central location in Midtown east. I could walk everywhere which I love, but it’s also within a 5 min walk to Grand Central for access to all different types of transportation. I would stay there again!!"
