"Beautiful hotel. Great staff."

"The hotel overall is nice and clean and pretty good if you’re just in the city for a couple days and spending most of your days outside and not in your hotel room. Liz was great letting us check in early to our room to explore the city early. One of the only issues we had in our stay was the a/c unit did not work at all. It was better to keep the window open to allow cool air to come in & our TV didn’t work at all which we didn’t mind but we wanted to watch tv before bed. "

"The Marker at Union Square is awesome. It's well located with union square being right there, and everything is pretty easy to get to from here. It was very clean, comfortable and a beautiful hotel. As amazing as the hotel is the staff was the best thing about our stay. They were always kind and courteous, and when we ran into an issue with my wife leaving her phone in a Lyft, they didn't hesitate to help us and getting her phone back. We can't thank them enough for making our stay memorable "

"The breakfast is always convenient, especially since there aren’t a lot of breakfast places in the area. On the second day of our stay, they were running behind on clean plates and silverware… But it wasn’t too long before they brought some more."
