Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel

8/10 Good

"The property was very nice and we would stay again when in SF. The breakfast was perfect—lots of options and very nice eating area. We also had dinner there which was good. The room was nicely appointed with refrigerator and coffeemaker. The window, however, was very noisy with a very strong wind howling through the crack between the panes all night, and shooting cold air into the room. Luckily the heater was good. Curtain had a tear in it also."

"The hotel was fine, but it was just a hotel. They had clearly done some renovations in the bathroom but were cheap. Like you could tell they just laid a new tub over the old one, so that the new one felt "bubbly", like you're standing on a big air pocket below. The location was incredible, we loved the easy proximity to Fisherman's Wharf. Because of that, we spent little time in our room. But if we'd been in our room more, we would've been disappointed."

"TV didn’t work. Staff was basically worthless, and the room was in need of paint job. This was a two star hotel at best. And it was not worth the price, there were far better options for cheaper. I will not book with Expedia again if this is the quality I’m expected to pay. Horrible experience."
