We loved this hotel ! It was amazing !! So close to absolutely everything and the buffet breakfast was excellent, with every kind of food that you can think of and delicious as well!! The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! Housekeeping went out of there way to get you anything extra towels and supplies that you would need !! When I return to San Francisco I will on stay at the RIU!!

It is a nice hotel and the breakfast is the best I had. I felt safe, because you only can access to the room with your key at the elevator. Lots of restaurants around and you can walk to many attractions from there.

This Riu is a nice basic hotel. Close to most attractions and the trolley to get to others. Breakfast had many choices and food was replenished when needed. We have been to other Riu properties that were much more upscale than this one (which was a bit of a disappointment for us). Otherwise, not a bad choice.

My family and I spent 5 days here. The location is awesome. Transportation to all the big site seeing is right out side the door. Or with in walking distance. The morning buffet is amazing. It does get busy but it’s a big hotel so anything after 8:30 you will have to wait a bit in line. No big deal. Staff was very nice and answered all the questions we had. The only issue is the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything at least in our room. Overall though it was more then we can ask for. This was my 4 time in the bay will definitely be coming back to this location in the future !

Room was nice. Very comfy beds. Bathroom was extremely small and outdated. Breakfast was good but felt like a military base the way its run. Only two elevator areas so gets busy. Outside area is not nice either. Lobby area is the nicest part of course.

The property was a perfect location for visiting San Francisco. The only issue we had was our shower didn’t drain properly. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We will recommend Rui to our family and friends, and we would definitely stay there again.
