Small parking lot so you’re only allowed one vehicle per room and street parking can be difficult in the area. Definitely an older property but the night audit man was very nice and the stay was just fine. Would stay again. Great location very walkable!

We really enjoyed our stay! 💕The motel was definitely what we paid for and got the job done perfectly. It was a safe, comfortable place to sleep with a nice amount of space, and we really appreciate how affordable it was. The location was perfect for walking to dinner and breakfast, which was such a plus. After dinner we were able to reheat our leftovers on the microwave!!! 🍝🍕Most importantly, there was plenty of parking! Parking can be difficult to find in the city, so having a convenient place to park was a huge bonus. 🚙 The staff was amazing and so helpful during check-in. Everyone was welcoming and made the experience even better. We will definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend this place to others. Thank you for the great stay and especially for the parking! It’s always a big plus in the city. Overall, we loved it!

We stayed here for a weekend in the city with kids. The location was great, lots of things nearby to walk to. It felt safe. Parking was great. The one bedroom felt spacious and clean. Sofa bed wasn't too comfortable, but kids didn't mind and I wish they had provide soap for hands or dishes.

I had a great stay at the Surf Motel on Lombard Street. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The location is excellent. I was able to walk to nearby stores, restaurants, and the waterfront, which made getting around San Francisco easy and convenient without needing to drive everywhere. The price was outstanding, especially considering the location. It's hard to find this kind of value in San Francisco. If you're looking for a clean, affordable place to stay with great staff and easy access to local attractions, I would definitely recommend the Surf Motel.

The location was great. The room was okay. Clean , but it had its issues. A lot of the outlets would not work. Our door key would randomly not work , but if you kept trying I could always get in. Not enough reason to complain. NO shower pressure at all in room 309.

The parking was plentiful. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was adequate for our needs. The cleanliness however, was what impressed us the most. We booked a double queen Smoking room. ( yes we smoke).We expected some smoke or stale odor as its usual in these type accommodations. None was was present. The room was presteenly clean without any stale or smoke odors. It was quite a pleasent stay
