Stayed here for Holidays with fam, teens and 5 yr old, were local but wanted to experience the city holiday lights. We stayed for 2 nights. All of the staffs from valet to concierge there all nice and happy with great positive energy. Room is clean and spacious, lobby is festively decorated. Glenn from concierge made our stays extra special by providing top notch service. You could really feel the spirit of Christmas.

We love this Westin for its location. For the price per night that I paid I expected better room with a nice view. The bed is great but the pullout was awful. Clean room and free water is appreciated. The staff during our stay was unfriendly and not very helpful most of the time.

The front desk was so nice. They checked us in early and the room was very large and quiet.

Festive and great for walking to all shopping. But dated property . Very average rooms. Open to the public with a small museum in the lobby floor, so masses of people streaming in and out, Blocking access to the cafe and creating big lines. Overall nit the experience I was looking for.
