The Andrews Hotel is a boutique style hotel in lower Nob Hill area of San Francisco. Union Square, cable cars and Market St are a short walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Charming small Hotel, located right by union square. Because of this, it can also be noisy at night… but a reasonable price made it worthwhile. Good coffee and donuts/bagels in the morning.

MADNESS AROUND THE HOTEL

Due its location on Downtown San Francisco, Tenderloin district ,the noise around terrible, different kind of addict people around causing trouble. Police, Ambulances, firefighters every minute around. Crazy.

Place was near a lot of dining places. Conveniently close to 630 Jones patio bar. Staff was friendly. Only issue I had was that when at checkin, they tried to change my booking to another hotel that I didn’t not reserve for. When asked additional questions as to why my room wasn’t held onto, he just responded by okay okay I’ll check you in here… after checking everything was smooth and easy.

Good for the price you pay. My advice is to take a few laundry freshener sheets to put in between your clothes. The hotel building is old, so there’s a damp smell in the air. It’ll make your clothes stink.

Cute hotel. Old school feel. Good amount of space in the rooms. Rooms had most amenities but not toiletries. No irons but safe and fridge. Comfortable space. Hotel restaurant was very good!
