We had to book a hotel because of a long hours of connecting flight. The was only 1 night but it was memorable. The staff Gloria was super nice and accommodating, she is a wonderful woman and made the tiring trip so much more memorable. Now we are looking forward to staying in San Francisco again and booking this hotel. The free Airport Shutte was awesome as well.

The staff were what made the place great! Huge kudos to Grace at the front desk for being an absolute gem! And the bellman, I think his name was Brian? Amazing! The gentleman working at the bistro was also exceptionally kind. The professionalism and warmth of the staff is truly top notch. The shuttle service was incredibly helpful too. The only minor concern we had was that the rooms felt a bit dusty, but we would return. Overall, the property felt extremely safe and all staff including the maids and other reception desk employees really exceeded all expectations! The nearby waterfront walking baths were also amazing!!!
