Needed to be up early for a leadership conference and was so glad I decided to stay the night. Helpful staff at the door and the reception desk, well kept restaurant/bar area and the room was clean, not too cold, and comfortable. I would certainly stay at this property again.

I was glad the restaurant was open when I arrived. Shuttle service was excellent - lots of rush hour traffic but the drivers used back roads to get us to the airport in good time. Breakfast buffet was bland; needs a more inspired chef.

The room was very clean. The bed could be more comfortable but can’t blame them- we have one of the most comfortable beds at home. Other than that, I felt safe and comfortable in the room and in the hotel.

We had to book a hotel because of a long hours of connecting flight. The was only 1 night but it was memorable. The staff Gloria was super nice and accommodating, she is a wonderful woman and made the tiring trip so much more memorable. Now we are looking forward to staying in San Francisco again and booking this hotel. The free Airport Shutte was awesome as well.
