The room was very clean. Looks like the just remodeled the room. It was very quite as well, we slept great. The self parking was really close. We took Uber rides so the cost of self park saved us money for the Uber rides.
Everything was great, except the check-in process. The person at the counter was a bit passive-aggressive and not very friendly. Upon asking, she offered a better room at $50 (saying it was a discount) - of course, she did not mention the additional taxes ($35 ) per day. Also they have this weird system where the counter people are paired two to a desk and so it was difficult to hear one over the other. What was funny was that the next person was also offering an upgrade for $50 per day - I guess they give the "discount" (not a flat upgrade) to everyone
Nice area, only downfall is the amount of homeless everywhere once you walk outside. Wouldn’t bother me much as I like to mind my own business however most are under the influence and harass you once your out on the street.
The whole experience was great with the exception of a wet, dirty pillow, soiled with what seems to be wine. I found it on our second night, turned soiled side down. Management was dismayed and comped us the resort fee and gave us 2,000 points to our membership club plan.
