One complaint I have is that I had to call guest services 3 times - 3rd time I had to ask for a real person to answer the phone - because my first 2 requests for toothpaste or a dental kit wasn't addressed by the automatic (AI?) machine that responded and claimed it'd forward the request to staff. Only when I called for the 3rd time and asked for a real person was I told by a human that they were completely out of dental kits/toothpaste, and no solution was given to rectify this. I had to go buy my own toothpaste later the next day.

Hotel is nice and close to the airport. However if you're staying here on a Friday night with your family I would highly recommend going elsewhere. A live DJ plays from 5-11 down stairs and it quite literally stopped my family from going to see sleep before our early flight the next day.

Good location. It was not too far from SF. Plenty of parking spaces and best of all is the Tesla charging station on premises. Friendly staff and very clean, and looks new.
