Absolutely awesome place! I would not stay anywhere else in The City. Great location. Be careful with parking. Street sweeping starts very early. We got a 105 ticket not paying careful attention to the signs.

Lovely Space In a Beautiful Location

We had a great time at this property. Although the weather didn’t allow us to use the patio, it was beautiful to look at from the sitting room. The location was perfect for visiting our daughter from the east coast.

Lovely Studio

Fantastic place!

Perfect spot for a solo or a couple. Quaint room with large bathroom and beautiful back garden. Owner was great. Will stay here again next time I am in SF.

Enchanting room in pacific heights

Beautiful place

This place was quiet and beautiful, elegantly furnished, and clean. A great place to relax looking into the lush patio with hummingbirds. The library is exquisite. The location is very convenient, close to Presidio, Fillmore, and in a safe, clean neighborhood.

Perfect location

The property is perfectly located on a quiet street in San Francisco. Very near to public transport, which we used the entire time we were there. Our host was very accommodating and gracious. The property itself is beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor garden with a glass of wine each evening prior to finding a great place for dinner. Dynasty Dumplings, b patisserie and Scoba Devino on California are must sees!

Lovely stay at Grand Lady Victorian

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at this adorable Inn. Springer has impeccable taste and has created a beautiful space with quiet areas, intimate corners and peaceful ambiance. We had the Garden patio room and it did not disappoint!! A slice of heaven in the middle of the city. Highly recommend!!

Garden Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is centrally located for us. The neighborhood is quiet, and the accommodations were clean and beautiful. The amazing part is the secret garden just off of our room. It was a beautiful backdrop to relax at the end of the day, or have coffee in the morning. We look forward to our next trip!

Wonderful experience.

So comfortable and beautiful. Perfect location. Great restaurants and shops and even a movie theater near by. Springer is a wonderful host and her taste is impeccable. A bit tough if you have a car to park, but otherwise couldn’t ask for better.

Just as dreamy as it looks online

Springer was a friendly, professional, responsive, all-around excellent host, and the spot is every bit as charming as it looks online. The shower experience was especially luxurious, with good temperature and water pressure. My partner and I hope to stay here again if/when we return to San Francisco!

Blissful oasis in the city

Check in was smooth, the space beautiful and well equipped, and it felt wonderfully safe and comfortable. The garden was very soothing to wake up to every morning. Springer was wonderful and checked in when they could to ensure all was well. 10/10, would stay again!

Peaceful Place in Pacific Heights

The unit is a perfect respite after a hectic day touring the city. It was just the spot to relax and regroup. We will definitely make this our first choice when we visit San Francisco again. Thank you Springer for being a great host.
