"Well appointed rooms and very clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast. Good location right at Fisherman's Wharf. Views were limited, but the rooms were light and airy."

"I got a room on the 2nd floor. When i walked up the stairs(the fully wood stairs), few steps were missing some parts, making it very unstable to walk. Not all stairs were like this but one next to my room was so i went around and used a different set of stairs. Also it said no smoking room but it definitely had smoking smell. I do give props to the shuttle driver who was super nice and i could genuinely tell he enjoyed his work."

"Staff was friendly and welcoming 24/7. I never had to open any door myself in the lobby. I felt safe and it was clean. Location isn’t noisy at all. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for an exceptional price. "

"Room was exactly what we needed -- spacious with functioning A/C, wifi, and a clean bathroom. Building is certainly older and may not be as "chic" as some newer hotels but we loved its charm and ease. Location was great, seating areas around the hotel were great, staff were friendly and helpful"
