"Love the location and how convenient it is to restaurants, train station, and other hotels. Very good daily buffet breakfast for hotel guests. The only "complaint" I have was the wifi was very spotty, very difficult to deal with if you're trying to work."

"The hotel's location was very convenient. The hotel itself looked outdated. The bed in the room turned out to be small and not particularly comfortable. The television did not work. The carpeting in the room was old and dirty. The hotel staff was not very welcoming and showed absolutely no concern for the level of customer service."

"Parking was expensive. It is SF. It was nice that the Chancellor has a deal with the parking garrage to offer discounted rates. We left our car at the garage for two nights. The car was safe."

"Staff wasn’t that friendly & when I asked if the room by the elevator loud I was told no that was a lie the elevator noise going up & down was annoying. Other than that my stay was fine "
