This is a great hotel, really good value too. Top notch customer service all around, great location etc. it’s a little bit corky due to it being such an old historic building but the room has lots of well placed thought out little amenities. Overall I highly recommend!

Very nice property and location, with friendly staff and wonderful bath products. The bed was truly exceptional and very comfortable. My only fault is the hotel is feeling very 2000s luxe and dated (but the price is reflective of this to be fair)

This is a beautiful, tasteful, quiet hotel. As soon as you walk through the door, you are welcomed by the staff. The decor and ambience is a welcome relief from the busy Union Square. It is my goto hotel, when I want to have a staycation in the Bay Area.
