"The staff was great. The breakfast was OK. The place was generally clean. It was close to a very rough area. My one complaint is that I understand. It’s a business hotel but my wife and I were there on vacation and we booked a junior suite and the room only had one chair and an ottoman and one desk chair. There were no comfortable chairs for the two of us to relax."

"I wish I could stay longer! It was a beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. The service and amenities were excellent overall. If you enjoy craft cocktails, I definitely suggest visiting the Starlite lounge on the 21st floor. "

"Good location; way walk to convention center and downtown. Quieter; good value. Older hotel. If you need everything bright and shiny, pay more and stay somewhere else. This place is clean, pleasant and comfortable."

"This was a great stay in a convenient location. It’s cute and the rooms have a nice flair compared to the bigger chain branded hotels nearby, but still is very comfortable. Staff was super friendly. If you’re OneKeg platinum just don’t expect those benefits to be honored. I’ve found Expedia isn’t really good or consistent at administering those and this was one of those properties where they have no understanding of it."
