"I came in very late and had no issues with check-in upon arrival. The staff was present and quickly got me checked in. They were friendly, courteous and pointed me to their all night, coffee, Tea and hot chocolate bar. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. "

"ended up being a great spot for us, a quick walk to chinatown & little Italy. we even walked to oracle park though that was a little more of a trek. hotel was very quiet, nice lobby, friendly staff. small room but perfect if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in there anyways. "
