"What a wonderful stay!! This hotel is HUGE, but still had extremely good and small hotel level service. We arrived early, and thankfully, had a room ready! Our room on the 28th floor was the biggest I’ve seen for a standard room in a downtown hotel. It was modern, comfortable, and was very quiet! Our view was stunning, and the elevators for us up quickly. Gym was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel! So many new machines. The destination fee is a bit of an annoyance, but it was easy to use the $20 room credit. We often picked up dessert before we headed back to our room. Safety was also top of mind here. We felt extremely safe with the hotel security team explicitly visible, a nice perk in the SF downtown area. We will definitely stay here again when our travels bring us to SF! "
