"Long waits on trying to get a hold of front desk. No coffee maker and you have to rent a refrigerator. You need to walk super long to get to the elevator. Ask for room close to elevator. Rude timeshare people in lobby. Uncomfortable bed. Pro is it in walking distance to Alegiant Stadium"

"The room we booked was listed as “newly renovated” but the room we got was definitely not renovated within the last 5-10 years so that was misleading. The room was a little dirty with the countertops having spots all over, not cleaned in a while. "

"Our room's AC did not work, making it humid and above 78 degrees the entirety of our stay. We had to prop the door to the hallway open several times to help cool down the room. There is no fan in the bathroom, so any moisture from steam just kind of sits. The shower only had one panel, so did not fully shut which resulted in water being splashed outside the shower which needed to be wiped up each time."

"My scores that are low is because housekeeping need to do better and not clean what can only be seen but the whole room and it’s entirety. Switched rooms and went through the same EXACT thing again. But I still say 4/5 overall because it’s a really good place for families and we still had ALOT of fun . Housekeeping needs to improve and add microwaves because I wanted money not being able to warm food."

"The check in process was a nightmare. Long lines and the kiosk ran out of room keys. The hotel is under construction and is a decent place to stay but definitely needs an upgrade to stay modern. Room was clean, most of the staff was pleasant and helpful."
