"I recently stayed at Harrah's Hotel and Casino and had a mixed experience. The biggest disappointment was that the pool was not open during my stay, which was something I was really looking forward to. Additionally, I requested a replacement coffee maker multiple times over the course of two days. Despite making about five calls, the issue was never resolved, which was frustrating and inconvenient. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the staff was consistently friendly and genuinely tried to be helpful and accommodating. While they weren’t able to follow through on what I needed, their attitude and effort did not go unnoticed. Overall, the stay had its challenges, and I hope the hotel can improve follow-through on guest requests and communication in the future."

"Expected to have a room with a view of the towers like the picture showed. Should really remove those photos. Our room faced a brick wall. Very disappointed as my trip was for a celebration and being in our room was not enjoyable."

"The pool is great except it closes at 5 pm during the week. The shower pressure felt like I was staying at a hostel as well as the beds. The opportunity to upgrade is available unfortunately for more money. No in room fridge or microwave. No place to enjoy the outside other than the pool area where no outside food or drinks are permitted."
