"Having activities in the hotel is definitely convenient. Access to other hotels via the tram is great. Wish there was a kettle for hot tea in the room as well as a mini fridge. Then I could have kept some of my leftover dinner for later and not stuffed my belly."

"Clean room but last day on our stay nobody came to clean our room and the second time we order in room service nobody came to pick up plates and the guys didn’t want to set up our table. Other than that a dream vacation for sure "

"The room was nice. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The biggest issue was that I got stuck in the garage because the front desk assured that my parking was added to my room keys but it was not."
