This place is extremely tacky. The hotel lobby is so loud and the ingrained smoke carpet smell is nauseating. I would not stay again. 1 out of the million restaurants were actually worth it. I got sick from old wilty salad at the Terraza bar. The confrence rooms are huge.

The shower clogged multiple times and called the front desk a couple times and they never came. Said the order was canceled and I never asked for a cancellation. I asked for additional towels to help with the flood, but never came. Disappointing.
