"I was very disappointed how worn the room was. The baseboards were severely damaged throughout the suite! The bed was squeaky and easy to shift with just sitting on it! Both bathroom sinks had slow drainage. Room service had to be called three times for extra covers. The tv stopped playing and WiFi had to be reset! My biggest disappointment was, no microwave! Knowing how expensive Vegas is, you never want to waste a drop of food. So eating cold food was not what I intended to do for a meal, but I did. Needless to say I probably would settle for a hotel off the strip the next time I come to Vegas!"

"This resort is huge!!! Be prepared for A LOT of walking to get to just about anything. Dining options on site are mostly high end with the exception of a handful of restaurants quite a distance from Palazzo. Casino, of course, smells of smoke. Also, as is the case with most resorts, any sort of soft drink or non-alcoholic beverage will cost you in the $7 to $10 range. Nice resort, just not easy to navigate and waaaaay too expensive on incidentals."
