"I had an ice cold shower and room service menu was limited."

"Really nice hotel but you would expect more from the rooms from a 5 star hotel. My shower was clogged and they had to come unclog and it left a horrible smell for a little bit but they didn’t do anything. I didn’t expect an upgraded room but I did ask if we can change rooms and they said no. I would expect them to fix there mess up. I paid money to experience Caesars palace and the experience of the hotel wasn’t that great."

"The check in process was not good, I asked for an upgraded room for my family, the clerk went into the back room and left us waiting for a very long time. He gave me an upgraded room option…I agreed to the price, he reserves it for me, then disappears in the back again. Eventually he comes back and lets me know that the room was pulled by one of their VIP’s. Super unbelievable. They really don’t deserve the 3 stars that I gave them. The staff directing self parking was a joke too."

"Everything went great except the parking area , we were stuck like 3 times because the machines were down and i had to call front desk for help $60 for 3 days of parking and up to 30 mins to leave the garage which is unacceptable for weekdays"
