"This place is extremely tacky. The hotel lobby is so loud and the ingrained smoke carpet smell is nauseating. I would not stay again. 1 out of the million restaurants were actually worth it. I got sick from old wilty salad at the Terraza bar. The confrence rooms are huge."

"Clean room, comfy bed and very helpful staff. But I had to request a TV remote, and received one with no ‘Select” button and no ability to enter channel numbers instead of scroll at length. Also, the TV—though large—received what looked like decades-old antenna reception, with most channels difficult to impossible to see clearly. Okay for two nights with limited time in the room, but still much less than I’d expect in a large hotel with very high food prices."
