"I am not impressed with paying a “resort fee” for a room that is motel style. The outdoor of the property is lovely and there are a lot of food options at the hotel. The rooms however are very disappointing. Outdated very loud and dusty AC unit. Do not pay for the newly renovated rooms because it’s a hoax. Rooms were dusty, stains on the windows and countertops. Light fixtures were rusted as well as the toilet. When asked what was upgraded in the room, we were told the headboards for the beds. Booked for a nearby conference, spent 4 nights. "

"We were not thrilled with our stay. We were there for our daughter’s wedding and though I had called weeks in advance to coordinate rooms, it was all disregarded to the point where they put us in different areas of the hotel. The concierge was not helpful - and was actually quite dismissive - on the one request we made, the shower in our room did not close, and there was literally nowhere to eat except the bakery at 3:30 in the afternoon. While the location is very central, that’s where the good ended. For what we paid, we could have stayed elsewhere and received far better service. "

"Plenty of shops in the hotel and convenient to get to the strip and other hotels. The check in/out process was slow as we had to wait a while to check in and the mobile check out didn’t work at first. Parking was confusing to find at first. The room was really nice and spacious "

"First time staying at New York New York. Overall great property and location. AC controls are set to shut off if you are not in the room for a period of time. So, when you leave for the day and come back it takes a while to cool down again. "
