"Nice staff, rooms need upgrade on usb ports but nice overall."

"It was barely okay it reek like a cigarette it was empty. Staff was not helping the front desk wasn’t even a the front desk it was customers service they couldn’t help me staff was nice though. We booked the room for the fountain view and they didn’t even gave me what I payed for. They supposedly gave us an upgrade for compensation but that upgrade was a downgrade. I just wanted what I payed for and that was the fountain view. Horrible experience find a better hotel and resort. "

"Stayed at the Palace tower, room is spacious but old. Could hear people coughing on the room next door. Bathtub drain was not working well and didn’t get fixed during the stay. No amenities like water in the room. Bathroom amenities were as basic as they get too - body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bed was ok. Room service is essentially take away from the fast food and casual restaurants. Staff during check in were great, but housekeeping wasn’t. The room was barely cleaned. Apart from making the bed they left all the trash that wasn’t in the bin around the room, clothes not folded, tables not cleaned, etc. Can’t comment on the pools or casino. "

"My wife was kicked out of the hotel when she didn’t have her room key with her. When security approached her, they ran her name and stated there was nobody with her name associated with a reservation but said there was another woman staying with me under my name. This was an anniversary trip that was completely ruined by the staff of the Excalibur. The manager and security later apologized and confirmed they were wrong but this did not change the fact our trip had already been ruined and caused a tremendous amount of problems in our marriage"

"Room was clean but the beds were worn. No breakfast served unless you visited the restaurants. Casino floor had poor ventilation and couldn't handle the smoking. However, the attached restaurants were smoke free. The pool is only open from 10am to 5pm and you can't bring a small cooler but there is a bar."
