"Good"

"Having picked the place based on needing a good place to bring kids, it was VERY disappointing that the pool was closed. It also smelled like a sewer in the hall area outside the pool (also where we needed to go to get to the elevators to our rooms). I also seem to remember it smelling like that when we passed through the hotel just walking around a year and a half ago. There was also a few drops of blood on one of the sheets in our room. Other than that, we had a nice stay. We really liked the view from our room, and walking around the place with the kids was otherwise enjoyable."

"Exceptional hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. My double queen room looked recently remodeled. Was upsold to a bigger room with a view of the Sphere. Very cool. Only complaint was being charged $20 for parking on top of the $55 resort fee. Seems like a lot to add to an already premium hotel! Would definitely stay again, nonetheless."

"A lafy that cleaned rooms was rude when we ask for towels. Had problems with lights in bathroom and worker who came up was very rude. No refrigerator r microwave in room. "
