"We did the self check-in and when we got to our room which was supposed to be a King room, we were surprised that it had two double beds. We called to get changed to a King room which we had paid for and the assistant said the rooms are not guaranteed and they were sold out. I booked the room 4 months ago. So, we went downstairs and the assistant immediately changed us to the King room we had paid for. No questions asked. She was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend skipping the self check-in."
