"Overall, the property was clean and the location was great, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. The pillows were in poor condition, with feathers coming out that were uncomfortable and even poked our faces throughout the night. We checked in electronically and were assigned an accessible room, which we were not expecting. Additionally, the shower had very low water pressure, making it difficult to use. Since our stay was only for two nights, we chose not to request a room change, but these issues did impact our overall experience. While the location was a highlight, we were not fully satisfied with the stay."

"I am happy I got a refrigerator this year! I was disappointed there were no water fountains on the property."

"Great location. Hotel has good restaurants. The Miracle Mile Shops were a bonus. Room was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again."

"There was no refrigerator or microwave. I think they nickel and dime you for adding it by request. The TV is large but in SD 480p like it's 1996. My view was a brick wall. You can't open the windows even a crack for fresh air and eventually it just smells bad inside. The linens smelled like cod liver oil."
