"Overall, the hotel was amazing. The only downside and I’m not sure if they were having a computer issue I pre-checked and was supposed to be able to check in at the kiosk. We ended up having to stand in line at 12:30 at night to get the keys it was painful. They did move our checkout time till 12 instead of 11 but at that point we were so exhausted from our flight."

The illusions were mind-blowing, and the storytelling added a personal, emotional touch that made the performance even more engaging. It’s definitely a must-see while staying at MGM Grand. The location is also a major plus, right on the Strip, making it easy to explore nearby attractions while still enjoying everything the hotel has to offer. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the MGM Grand to anyone visiting Las Vegas. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!"

"There was very obvious water damage on the walls and carpet of the floor my room was on, and it smelled of mildew. The room itself was alright, but also smelled like mildew. I also had some issues checking in. The room they'd initially assigned me had someone else in it, and nobody realized until after I'd been given the room key, gone up to the room, and found someone in there. The staff were great and were quick to get me a different room, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Overall, not terrible for the price, but not the best experience. "
