"Numerous trips to the front desk and the endless line to get room with correct number of beds, working keys, more working keys etc. Pool was an exercise in frustration, Dumped a newly purchased bottle of water and repurchased at twice the price. No chairs. Had to purchase pool float for crowded lazy river. Was charged for mini bar when leftovers were put in the fridge- set off a sensor apparently. Waiting for elevators is last back breaking straw. Even after finally crowding on, it then stops at every floor. Stay elsewhere."

"No breakfast but lots of places to eat in the adjoining malls. Staff okay - overly keen to give you ‘free shows’ as long as you want to commit 2 hours to a timeshare pitch (we didn’t) which is the only thing that bothered us. Everything else was expensive but vegas through and through "

"Got this room at a great price. I’ve stayed here before, so I knew that it would be nice. We don’t get 2 queen beds as we booked, but the customer service was great and they brought us a roll away bed for the kids. We also needed maintenance to come to our room and that took a while. But the customer service was exceptional both times I had to contact them. The rooms are clean and very beautiful. The bathrooms and bedrooms are large and spacious. The casino is great with plenty of places to eat. Located in a great spot on the strip as well. "
