"We stayed there for two nights. The room AC was not working. It took them over 2 hours to fix it. They never clean our room. I asked for extra towels to shower they never took them."

"Did pre-check in the day before and upon arrival I was able to get my key from the kiosk. The kiosk was super easy and fast. We had a great room (all are suites). Housekeeping was very helpful. Hotel is extremely large so it took us a while to figure it out. Any staff we encountered were top notch. Nice pool. Grand Lux cafe food was very good. Clean casino. "

"Hotel is old but has classic vegas character. Not the most modern, looked a little tired in places but still loved the place. If you want a cheap place to stay with a bit of character and fun, thoroughly recommend "
