"The property itself was clean and in good working order. Check in was easy. Ample linens, silverware, cleaning supplies and dried wood available onsite. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunk beds, loft area, outdoor rocking chairs and fire pit. There’s no freezer, oven, or formal dining area. The one coffee table needs replaced. "My friends and I stayed here when we went to Seven Springs and it was the perfect place! The house is exactly as pictured if not better and it was very clean. Check in and check out was very easy and hosts communicated properly what was needed. It is small but there was plenty of seating and we all felt very cozy (Honestly the small size helped because it was very cold and the house heats up quick).There were a few spiders in different rooms of the house but that’s a given based on the location....

While ours was a winter visit, the abundant forests, rivers, walking and biking paths, state parks and historic sites make this a warm weather base for active people."

"Was traveling to Seven Springs for a ski weekend with friends and family. This four bedroom house met our needs and was very close and convenient to the ski resort. The house was very well furnished and clean. Easy to get into the house and close it up too. Would stay again if the need arose."

"We had a great time! The house was very clean and comfortable. We went with two 16-year-olds who absolutely loved the tree house loft. The fire pit was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. You’re close to other houses, but it was worth it. The location was great, close to museums and Fallingwater. Lisa was extremely responsive annd very accommodating.
