Good location, fair service at checkin and no line, elevators were not too crowded and fast, decent gym, nice pool with a little jacuzzi next to it. Problem was housekeeping slamming on the doors at 9 Saturday morning. And we were there two days hoping to get a refresh on towels and coffee but no go.

I would highly recommend! We spent our 2nd anniversary there for the Steelers game and when we arrived to our room they were so kind to leave us some goodies and a little note to congratulate us! It was a very clean hotel and room! Staffing very kind! Will be staying again for sure!

No problems

Our family stayed at the Double Tree for 3 days. The front desk staff were welcoming, informative, and acknowledged an issue that we had with one of the Cafe Bistro employees. Marina, Venice, JiVette were EXCELLENT at the front desk, Maxi from the Cafe Bistro was very kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, we were very unhappy with Olicia from the cafe, she made us feel very unwelcomed, probably because we were still sitting in the eating area a half an hour before closing or maybe she just doesn't like her job. We also weren't please with the house keeping staff. The bed linens were a mess under the comforter and the dirty towels were not replaced even though they were left balled up on the bathroom floor in one of our rooms. I had also put one of my pillows on the floor next to my bed and it was still there after the room was supposedly service. Due to the rudeness that we experienced at the Café Bistro, will not be returning to any Doubletree hotels. We stay at hotels quite often since we travel extensively and have never experienced the rudeness that Olicia showed us.
